FARM 1849
In search of a place where our family and friends could gather and witness the beauty of nature and wide open spaces, we found a farm. 60 acres of green, rolling hills, with miles of views. We soon realized that this heavenly place was too special to keep to ourselves. We want to share it with you.
Our farm was purchased by Daniel Roberts from the United States of America in 1849, the year after Wisconsin became a state. We felt that the roots of this beautiful place should be part of its newest chapter, and we found a proper name, Farm 1849. Though it may be brief, an event or stay at Farm 1849 will be engrained in your memory for years to come.
It's your turn. Come see Farm 1849!

MEET THE OWNERS
When Kristen and Trevor Pachis found Farm 1849 in 2019, they knew it was something special—60 acres of rolling hills, an old barn full of potential, and a quiet energy that just felt right. Tucked into a peaceful corner of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, it became the perfect place to bring their shared dream to life: a space for connection and celebration.
Kristen has always been drawn to the magic of gathering. With a background in wedding planning, a love for design, and nearly two decades running a successful massage practice, she was ready for something new—something rooted in the values she grew up with. Trevor, a business owner and natural problem-solver, shared that vision. Together, they poured their skills and heart into transforming the farm into a place where people could create lasting memories.
Restoring the barn became a five-year labor of love—starting just before the world turned upside down with COVID-19. There were plenty of unknowns, but the vision stayed clear: to create a space where people could slow down, celebrate big moments, and enjoy being together in nature.
Today, Farm 1849 hosts weddings, yoga retreats, farm-to-table dinners, live music, and private events. The property includes a beautifully restored barn and a thoughtfully designed six-bedroom farmhouse—perfect for weekend stays that blend comfort with countryside charm. Though it feels like a true escape, it’s just 10 minutes from nearby towns with restaurants, lakes, and lodging.
