Guided by wine professional, Joe Mazza, guests will explore a curated selection of red and white wines with food tastings customized by LaClare Creamery to enhance the flavor profiles. Joe has studied wine for nearly 20 years, from California to Europe, and is certified WSET, and a consultant for a National Wine Distributor.
